How to Deploy Printers through a GPO and set multiple default printers based on Groups

1First, open up Group Policy Management, and create your "Printer" GPO. 
I create all my GPO's in Group Policy Objects, then link them to OU's from there.

2 Navigate to: 
User Configuration > Preferences > Control Panel Settings > Printers

Type in: RUNDLL32 PRINTUI.DLL,PrintUIEntry /y /n "printer"

for example:

RUNDLL32 PRINTUI.DLL,PrintUIEntry /y /n "HP Officejet Pro 8500"
