How to take
ownership of files and folders on Windows 10 ...
First
things first, make sure you have the latest version of java installed.
If that doesn't
work, a lot of users find success by modifying a configuration file in the
path,
C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\Cisco Network
Assistant\startup\startup.properties
using a text editor like notepad and change this
specific line, from
"JVM_MAXIMUM_HEAP=1024m"
to
"JVM_MAXIMUM_HEAP=512m"
