due to TLS1.1 or other https compliance reason . Inf Exp VF8.4 cannot support. also VF9.0 is IE8 not support upper than TLS1.0 , no use.
install firefox as application
config good at Administrator mode. but Medical User mode no proper config.
1. first disable the plugin/addon load, cause prompt proxy password input [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/976743]
